Shipping and Returns
Shipping - Flat Rate, US only.
We ship all orders on the same or next business day (Eastern US time). Weekends and holidays are not included. While we have no specific same-day cutoff, most orders placed by 12pm noon will ship same day.
All orders are shipped with a flat rate - you can order 1 item or 100, and pay the same flat fee. We'll cover any extra.
Current shipping rates are displayed at checkout:
-First Class USPS: $3.15
-Priority Mail USPS: $6.15
All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation from our Atlanta, GA warehouse. A delivery scan by USPS is considered final for "item not received" cases on PayPal. (Meaning, if USPS says you got it, we can no longer assist -- usually, contacting USPS directly is the best solution.)
Note: "Refused" packages, "Forwarded" packages and "Return to sender" packages are treated as delivered by USPS and Paypal's policy. Generally, we cannot guarantee these are returned to us, but if they are, it may take a while to get back to us, and may be damaged. We can assess the status of returned packages after they arrive, but we cannot send any refunds until merchandise is returned and inspected.
At this time we are not offering international shipping, or additional methods of shipping.
We welcome the use of US-based proxy shipping services, but please note that if these services are used, any buyer protection is void (as per site policy) after the item arrives at your proxy's address. Additionally, we can only communicate with the person whose credentials were used for placing the order.
Returns and Refunds
If there is any problem with your order - a damaged item, the wrong item, or something isn't quite as described - please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to sort it out for you.
However, at this time we generally do not accept returns or refund requests for buyers remorse. On a case-by-case basis we may choose to allow or refuse individual item returns with return shipping (tracking included) paid by the buyer, and a restocking fee of 10%-20% depending on class of item. Prices are constantly changing, and we do restock based on sales.
We understand that many people may be buying for a collection with many items, and can mistakenly purchase an extra, but please be sure to check you have the right item before proceeding to checkout.
As a note, we do not accept in-person exchange requests at conventions and we cannot accept any returns if your package has been forwarded; i.e. via a shipping proxy, or a group buy.
Fraudulent returns will result in blacklisting of an address, and depending on severity and value, reports filed with the USPS postal inspector and local authorities. Please keep it fair for everyone.
Cancellations and Order Issues
We can only accept cancellation requests if your order has not shipped.
We will try our best to catch any last-minute cancellations, but please consider your payment to be final.
Once shipped, we cannot stop packages. If you have shipped to an incorrect
Sales tax is assessed based on your shipping address and should be automatically calculated during checkout. If there is an issue with the rate you see, please contact Shopify support.
